Cancel Subscription

• Online: click the Cancel my subscription button below and follow the steps.
• By email: email support@simmple-us.com with your name, the email address used for your order, and your order number. Our team will process your cancellation promptly.

• Your subscription renews automatically every 30 days until you cancel.
• You may cancel at any time.
• Cancelling before your next billing date stops the next charge. No further refills will ship and you will not be charged again.
• If a renewal has already been charged before you cancel, that renewal order is handled under our Refund Policy below.

Renewal orders fall under our existing Refund Policy. In summary, it currently says:

• Order changes: cancellation or modification of an order can only be considered within 6 hours of the order being placed. Once fulfilled, an order can't be cancelled.
• 14-day returns: you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item if it is unopened, unused, has all seals intact, is in its original packaging, and you have proof of purchase.
• Pre-authorization required: email support@simmple-us.com to request a return authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without one are not accepted.
• Return shipping: you pay return shipping, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Bundles: only one unit from a bundle or multi-pack is eligible for return or refund. Additional units are final sale.
• Final sale: items bought on sale, in a promotion, or with a discount code, and any opened or used products, are not returnable.
• Damaged or incorrect items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement.
• 90-Day Results Guarantee: a separate, conditional guarantee for customers who use the product as directed for 90 consecutive days without results. It requires dated photos from days 1, 30, 60 and 90, emailed within 100 days of delivery, and is limited to the value of one unit.
• Refund amount: approved refunds cover product cost only, minus original shipping fees.
